Mitchell Starc Takes Two Hat-Tricks In a Single Match of Sheffield Shield

Mitchell Starc

Mitchell Starc has now recovered from the injuries and therefore fully ready for the Ashes series, starts from 23rd November.

Now he gets his form too as he takes his second hat-trick in the same test in the Sheffield Shield match against West Australia.

Mitchell Starc does not have a single hat-trick in the domestic game before this match. Now he has two hat-tricks in the same test match.

With this duo, Starc has become only the 8th cricketer in the first-class history to take two hat-tricks in a single game. This was the first time to do so on the Australian soil.

Starc was playing for New South Wales who win the match by 171 runs against West Australia.

Starc picked up the wickets of Jason Behrendorff, David Moody and Jono Wells for his second hat-trick. In the first innings, Behrendorff, Moody, and Simon Mackin were his victims.

Fast bowler Mitchell Johnson also expressed his joy on Twitter.

This is the alarming time for England cricket team as Starc is returned to his form. The first test of the Ashes will be played in Brisbane from 23rd November.
