India Look For Another Win In Smith’s 100th ODI

After a thrilling victory in the series opener in Chennai, team India is all set to take Australia in the 2nd One Day International here in Kolkata.

India wins the rain-affected match in Chennai after the heroic performance of the allrounder Hardik Pandya and former wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni. India spinners, Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal put Australia in pressure and Australian find it hard to negotiate this spin duo. Only Glenn Maxwell put some efforts against the Indian spinners.

On the other hand, Australia also has some moments in the first ODI. India were 87/5 at one time and they looked in good shape to restrict  India around 200 but they let India go past 275 and thus it ultimately result into Austalia loss in the first ODI.

The second match is somehow special to Australian captain Steve Smith as this will be 100th ODI of Steve Smith and on this special moment, Smith wants to win this match to level series.

Like the previous match, Rain might be shown its presence in Kolkata too. So the chances of full 50 over game are little.
